He also serves as Chairman of SilverTrain, an IT services firm based in Milwaukee. Cindy Lu has several years of recruiting and management experience.

She spent several years helping the Parson Group become the fastest growing privately held company in America in INC's 2000 rating. Cindy oversees office performance and will direct our office expansion across the country. She most recently operated J. Galt and Associates, a specialty recruiting company in Milwaukee, where she had excellent client retention and repeat search work. Dr. Green brings a wealth of knowledge on interviewing techniques and employee selection to the Novo leadership team. Paul is an accomplished entrepreneur and is well known for his tapes and books on employment related issues.
